Knowledge Base

Core

The CORE section serves as the architectural blueprint, governance framework, and operational manual for the entire Strategic Intelligence Engine (SIE). It contains the essential documents that define the “what, why, and how” behind the system — from the technical components that power it to the integrity standards that govern it and the playbooks that operationalize it.

This section is organized into four areas:

  1. Core Concepts: The technical engine room of the SIE. This area explains the fundamental building blocks — Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, the Knowledge Pipeline (KPL), the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and the economic and operational models (Human Correction Tax, Fleet Commander, Dual-Readability) that define how agents interact with knowledge.

  2. Governance: The integrity and quality framework that ensures the Knowledge Core remains trustworthy. This area covers the Bill Bernard Standard (the SIE’s ethical kernel), Data Quality Standards, Content Review Workflows, and Access Control and Permissions.

  3. Strategy & Application: Where theory meets execution. This area provides actionable frameworks for building and leveraging the Knowledge Core — from designing agent knowledge bases and leveraging knowledge bases for SEO, to implementing the Iron Word Verification Loop, architecting the Agent Loop, and content clustering for the agentic era.

  4. Playbooks: Operational runbooks for recurring SIE tasks. Step-by-step procedures for standing up a new SIE instance, onboarding new agents, running freshness audits, and responding to incidents.

In essence, the CORE section is the master reference for understanding how the SIE is constructed, governed, maintained, and activated to transform scattered information into a living, intelligent asset.
