Project Summary
The Strategic Intelligence Engine is the flagship of everything I build: one engine that turns a business’s knowledge , products, expertise, policies, voice , into a structured, governed, retrievable asset, then puts it to work publishing to the website, staying synchronized, and answering customer questions in chat, accurately, in the brand’s own voice.
The Challenge & Opportunity
Generic AI tools bolted onto scattered business knowledge produce confident, on-brand-sounding fiction. The opportunity was architectural: make retrieval structured-first (deterministic lookups before vector search), keep the live store as the source of truth, and make integrity a hard constraint , the system refuses to fabricate, and no automated agent holds financial or destructive authority.
The Solution
A mother/child engine serving a fleet of WordPress sites , improvements land once and propagate everywhere. Content flows from a version-controlled knowledge vault through a diff → review → apply pipeline; nothing changes on a live site silently.
The Results
Running in production today across my own sites , real stores, real inventory, real customers , including this one, where it serves my personal knowledge base. The full page tells the story, and the chat is the live demo.
