Project Summary

gibLink.ai is an educational platform and resource hub I founded to demystify artificial intelligence for marketers. The mission is to provide a practical path to mastering AI through a structured curriculum, a vetted tools directory, and a collaborative community. As the lead architect, I designed and built the entire platform by integrating a suite of powerful WordPress technologies into a single, seamless user experience. The project showcases my expertise in building complex, membership-based learning environments.

The Challenge & Opportunity

Marketers are inundated with AI hype but lack a clear roadmap for developing practical skills. The technical challenge was to build a platform that could house a sophisticated curriculum, a dynamic directory, and a social network, all protected by a robust membership system. The opportunity was to create the definitive resource hub that not only teaches AI theory but also fosters community and provides tangible tools for success.

My Solution & Process

I chose WordPress as the core foundation for its flexibility and extensive ecosystem. The key to this project was the strategic integration of best-in-class plugins to create a unified platform:

1. Learning Management System (LMS): I used LearnDash to build “The Learning Journey.” This involved structuring a full curriculum, creating courses, and setting up progress tracking to guide users from foundational knowledge to advanced application.
2. Dynamic Tools Directory: The “AI Tools Directory” was built using GeoDirectory. I customized it to function not as a map of places, but as a filterable, searchable database of AI tools, complete with listings vetted by our proprietary STRIVE Framework.
3. Community & Social Hub: To foster collaboration, I integrated BuddyBoss, transforming the site into a social network where members can connect, share strategies, and learn from each other in a private, focused environment.
4. Membership & Monetization: I implemented MemberPress to manage tiered access to courses and community features. To drive growth, I configured AffiliateWP to create and manage a full-featured affiliate program for the platform.

This complex integration serves as the technical backbone of the entire business, providing a seamless experience for members.
